In line with Thyssenkrupps’ corporate image, Qdesign adopted an open-space concept to create a working space that encourages cross-team collaboration and innovation between departments. Decorated with inspirational paintings and light green hues, the open areas reflect the company’s new horizontal structure: reception, meeting rooms, working areas, lounges, and executive office – all on the same level. The 1,100 sqm in Ollaya tower gave the team at Qdesign ample room to provide a functional and engaging workspace that showcases Thyssenkrupps’ ethos of engineering and pragmatism.
