Following the Vision 2030 plan to diversify and uplift the Saudi economy, the CDC developed the National Housing Program which aims to standardize the new living standards of the local community. Qdesign was appointed to be the main design and architecture provider to conceptualize the villa types of the complex. With 45 villas designed and executed, Qdesign delivered an urban residential project matching all required safety and privacy standards within budgetary limits.
