Qdesign planned the architectural identity for the already existing building of the Ministry of Culture in the old Riyadh area. The team benefited from the existing structure to utilize 2500 sqm to refurbish the look and feel to match new standards. Surrounded by museums and exhibition halls, the projects had to also accommodate for the NOC team and its equipment.
